The 96W AC power adapter is a mainstream active power factor correction (PFC) design with active PCF circuitry integrated into the chip. The power adapter consists of two subsystems, an AC-DC converter with power factor correction (PFC) on the primary side and a full-bridge DC-DC converter on the secondary side. The AC-DC section uses an interleaved PFC boost control structure and the DC-DC converter section uses a phase-shifted full-bridge control structure. It has a low output voltage ripple with a PF of 0.99, offering the advantages of low losses and high reliability.
This desktop power adapter is equipped with three AC jacks such as C6, C8 and C14.
It has an output voltage of 12V to 48V and a maximum current of 7.5A. We recommend typical output voltages of 12V, 24V and 48V.
We have equipped the 96W power adapter with a wide range of DC plugs such as 5.5*2.1mm, 5.5*2.5mm, Dupont terminal, Molex Connector, Industrial plug (aviation plug) and many more.
We have designed this power adapter with Over Current Protection, Short Circuit Protection, which automatically protects the power supply when the output current exceeds the rated value or in case of a short circuit fault, leaving your end product intact.
